Question :
My son wanted to do an in-app purchase in the Clash Royale game on his iPad. Since his purchases are restricted by Parental Approval, he sent out a purchase request to me.
I didn’t receive the purchase request however, not on my iPhone and not on my iPad, so I couldn’t approve it. So now my son’s game hangs at “Transaction Pending”.
What can we do ?

There seems to be a bug in the connection of the Clash Royale app and the iOS App Store regarding in-app purchases, where Parental Approval Requests are not being send out properly to iOS devices like iPhones and iPads.
The Parental Approval Requests are properly being send to OSX (macOS) computers however, so the solution is rather simple : check your Mac, you will probably be able to approve the in-app purchase there.
Note : if you don’t have a computer you might be able to resolve this if you borrow a Mac (or PC) and login with your Apple-account, if that’s not an option right now, contact Apple’s AppStore Helpdesk via phone or chat here : https://getsupport.apple.com
